The buyer marks the wire as sent, the seller confirms receipt. Transport cannot be scheduled until payment is confirmed. This protects both sides.

Dealer-to-dealer transactions with valid resale certificates are generally exempt from sales tax. LotSwap provides tools to upload and manage your resale certificate. Consult your accountant for specifics.

After payment is confirmed, you can schedule transport through our integrated system. We help coordinate carrier booking, insurance verification, and delivery tracking.
